This visa targets international students seeking work experience post their Australian studies. It enables individuals to live, work, and study in Australia, focusing on two primary streams: the graduate work stream and the post-study work stream.

Eligibility criteria include:

1. Age Limit: Must be under 50 years old.
2. Recent Student Visa Holding: Having held a student visa in the past 6 months.
3. Visa Requirement: Holding an eligible visa (substantive, Bridging A, or Bridging B).
4. Educational Qualification: Obtaining a recent qualification from a CRICOS-registered course, comprising at least 92 weeks (or two academic years) of study over a minimum of 16 calendar months. Multiple related courses can be combined to fulfill the 2-year requirement.
5. Course Completion: Completion of the course within the preceding 6 months before applying.
6. Enrollment Evidence: Providing evidence of enrollment.

Applicants must nominate either the graduate work stream or the post-study work stream during the application, as it isn’t possible to switch streams post-application. In case of an incorrect stream application, withdrawal and reapplication under the correct stream are required (application fees are non-refundable).
